Marina Shoes
A scroll-driven brand site for a sports footwear store. One shoe comes together from loose materials to the box as the visitor scrolls.
About this theme
Marina Shoes is a single-page brand site for a sports footwear store. A 48-second story is stored as 384 still frames, and the scroll position decides which frame is drawn, so the visitor moves through it at their own pace.
The story has seven steps: Materials, Stitch, Layers, Build, Laces, Pair and Box. Eight captions sit like shoebox spec tags on the empty side of each shot, and a thin gold line with one tick per step runs along the bottom.
The page keeps one light look, because the story is shot on warm white. On tall, narrow screens the picture sits on top and the words below it, and the whole shoe is kept in view.
Under the story, a part-by-part section lists what goes into one shoe. The download is the ready-to-run React and Vite source code with all 384 frames. Every caption, timing, colour and font is in one data file and one stylesheet, so you can edit the words and the look for your own business.
What the theme says
Marina Shoes · Sports footwear
Every pair starts in pieces.
Knit, suede, foam, rubber and one spool of thread. Scroll to watch them become a shoe.
02 · The stitch
Stitch by stitch.
Tan thread joins the suede toe to the knit, one even stitch at a time.
03 · The layers
Three layers, lined up.
The shaped upper, a foam midsole and a gum rubber outsole, in order before they join.
04 · The build
Three parts become one.
The layers close and the shoe touches the floor for the first time.
05 · The laces
Laced up. Ready to run.
Cream laces thread the gold eyelets one by one and pull tight.
06 · The pair
One becomes a pair.
A second shoe settles beside the first on the stone.
07 · The box
Into the box.
Tissue paper first, then the pair.
Marina Shoes · Sports footwear
